*Open House* Cleanup
This service is a One-time cleanup that includes mowing,edging, pruning, weeding, planting (if need be) for Real Estate Agents and their clients.
I know that timing is of utmost importance so I do aim to accomodate before the first day of Open House.
Seasonal container plants/ annuals are a great instant addition as well.
An extra touch: Labelling and /or creating a plant inventory in scrapbook form to leave on the counter for prospective buyers to browse and learn about the trees and plants already on the property.
Should there be something that needs doing beyond my scope I can refer (such as an arborist, sod installer or anything concerning hardscaping)

Spring & Autumn Cleanup
A One time cleanup to get the gardens in shape for the Spring and Summer as well as preparing for Winter in mid Autumn.
The majority of my Clients retain my bi-weekly services between April-Nov.
On behalf of the overwintering insects like ground bees I like to wait until the temps are consistently 10 degrees for about 3 days in a row before I begin Spring cleanup.
This gives our pollinating friends a chance to move along instead of being scooped up and tossed out with the yard litter.

Scheduled for every other week. (4hrs /month)
